State pressed to issue stop-work order after EELC court victory on major fossil gas pipeline project in the Highlands
September 11, 2023
The decision means that the Tennessee Gas Project has no permit for the construction work they are currently conducting in the Highlands Preservation Area in West Milford, New Jersey, and are out of compliance with other state laws.
