EELC argued that Transco had not met its burden to show good cause for an extension, because it had made no effort, let alone a good faith effort, to move forward with the project in three years.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>EELC also submitted evidence from a local landowner that Transco had abandoned its rights to a necessary access road, demonstrating that Transco had taken affirmative actions to end the project.
